“How far out is the upper freezer basket supposed to pull out? Mine only pulls out about halfway, making it difficult to find things in the rear half. Also, where is "crossbar" part #WR02X31776 supposed to go? I found it lying loose under the freezer”

Hello - We are sorry the upper freezer basket does not pull all the way. This will require service by a qualified technician.
