Hey there - thanks for reaching out about this beautiful Café Induction Cooktop. This model does not have a multi-element timer option - it is just a kitchen timer. We are working to update this information on all our dealer partners’ websites and our apologies for any confusion this may have caused. -- For this model, the SmartHQ App is used for guided and/or precision control of the burners for guided/precision cooking. The cooktop can only pair one device at a time due to limited space in the memory. Also, you can only control one burner at a time via the app when using the Precision cooking via Hestan App/SmartHQ app. -- We hope this is helpful and if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out anytime.
