Does it come with a griddle on top like to cook hot cakes and eggs and bacon I know it's a 6 burner and is the oven self cleaning not where you put water in it and it's steam null

Yes it comes with a cast iron griddle that covers 1/3rd of the cooktop

Yes it comes with a griddle plate that you can switch out with the center stove top grates when you want to use it. I haven't tried the self cleaning function yet, but yes it has self cleaning function for both top and bottom electric oven.
