- Answer Hello, thanks for reaching out with this great question. We’ll be glad to answer this question. This model did not originally have the Sabbath Mode feature. However, this feature can now be added to this model via a software upgrade when connected to WiFi and used with a Shabbos Keeper (sold separately by Zman Technologies). - Answer Since Cafe is a GE product, I bought the 36” GE hood model (see pics below). I’d ask GE if a white hood is available since I purchased only stainless steel appliances. Good luck :)
