“Can you this be used with a cooktop over an island ? I was told it could ; however it reads as a wall mount. Please advise”

Hi - CVW73614MWM is a Wall Mount Chimney Hood designed to be installed onto a wall with no above cabinets. It is not designed for installation in an island over a cooktop.
