• Hello - We appreciate your interest in this beautiful range with a warming drawer. The warming drawer cannot be used for cooking. It is designed to keep your food warm. The approximate temperature range is the following: Lo 140 - 170° F; Medium (mid position on the knob) 170 - 210° F; Hi 215 - 250° F. We hope this helps. • Do you have to use special pots with a convection oven or cooktop?

• The warming drawer is turned off by default, which I like, because I need the extra space for storage. If you wish to use the warming drawer, you can turn it on via the touch panel.
