For help with preventing scratches on this range, please review the section titled: "Metal Marks and Scratches" on pg. 24 of the Owner's Manual. To ensure you're properly cleaning your unit, we recommend following instructions in the "Cleaning the Range" section on pages 21-24. To make sure you're using the correct cookware, please take a moment to review the section titled: "Cookware Guidelines" on pg. 17.
