“I noticed in the photos that the stovetop control knobs do not appear to be marked (like low to high, or 1 to 8,) How do you tell what heat setting you've selected? Does it show up on the digital middle screen? Thanks,”

The hi to low indicators are on and around the entire button itself. Hope that helps you.
