“It appears as if this range doesn't have a broiler. Is that true? If so, is there something that can be done inside the oven in lieu of broiling?”

• Hi Kathy - Thanks for your interest in Café™! The range is equipped for in-oven broiling (lower oven). The Broil High mode uses intense heat from the upper element or burner to sear foods. The Broil Low mode uses less intense heat from the upper element or burner to cook food thoroughly while also browning the surface. • mine has a bottom broiler. when I purchased it at Best Buy, I was told the top and bottom have broilers... very disappointing!
