Can this range be installed next to a wall? null

Per page 2 of your Installation Instructions, which you can see here: https://content.syndigo.com/asset/20e0f0db-2dfa-486a-b189-e9aa0b394095/original.pdf - you would need at least 6" minimum clearance to a side wall.
