“How do I get the dsplay to appear again? Yesterday it was on when newly installed. Today it is not visible. Butons make noise, stove heats up. Display is just not visible. Screen is black. I pressed and held Settings for 5 seconds. It did not do any good.”

Hey there - thanks for reaching out! Our apologies that you’re having an issue with your display turning off, as we can certainly understand why you’d like some clarification on that. There are a few possible reasons for this to occur: 1. A fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. 2. The clock could be turned off. 3. The oven controls are improperly set.
