“What is the maximum size pan that you can use in the smaller side oven? How many shelves can you use to cook simultaneously in the smaller oven. I have not been able to find pics online of this oven with food being cooked in both ovens at the same time.”

Hi Caz - Thanks for considering Café Model # C2Y486P2MS1! The maximum size pan is about 12 x 20. Both ovens are convection, so you can cook on multiple racks in the smaller Everyday Oven. The smaller oven comes with 2 racks and there are 4 rack positions. For better cooking performance, it's better to only cook 2 racks at a time. This allows more airflow between racks.
