We do not provide the ingredients for our descale powder and our product team is currently working on a replacement for WC01X20619. In the meantime, we have cleaning solutions for icemakers that can also be used as a descaler in our expresso machines. You can use part numbers WX08X42870 or P4INKCLEAN, which can be purchased by giving our parts team a call at 1-877-959-8688 M-F 9AM-7PM EST or by visiting the GE Appliances Parts website. Alternatively, a 1:1 ratio of water and white vinegar can be used as a cleaning solution for the descaling process.
