Hi there, thanks for taking the time to ask! The pressure is a function of user input, like grind size, coffee amount, etc. You're in control of the brew pressure, not the appliance. With proper choice of shot parameters the espresso machine will brew at traditional 9-11 Bars. The pressure is not able to be adjusted via the app. We hope this is helpful! Best wishes. -Michael@Cafe
