“Whenever I grind the beans the grinds go everywhere. I’ve tried cleaning my grinder, but this didn’t fix the issue. I believe the grinder alignment is off on my machine. Is there any way to realign the grinder to eliminate the spray of grounds?”

• Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Our apologies to hear this is happening when you try to grind beans. Using an overly coarse grind will result in an overflowing portafilter and weaker coffee. Larger grind sizes can be used for other coffee types. Try adjusting the grind size and if that doesn't work, then we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by calling 800-430-1757.
