“Should I be using the black tray under the air fry basket to catch any drippings? I didn’t see anything about it in the instructions but noticed some black burn spots on the heat bulbs at the bottom - is this to be expected?”

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us as we are always happy to assist you with your beautiful Café Couture oven. You can place the baking tray under the air fry basket to catch any drippings. If you don't, the drippings on the heat bulbs is to be expected and will not cause an issue with the unit. We hope this is helpful. Please contact us again if you have any questions or concerns.
