Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out, though we truly hate to hear you’ve had a problem getting the coffee maker to brew. We know that must have caused frustration. You may want to double check that the carafe is in the correct place, with the top of the carafe engaged with the drip stop lever on the bottom of the brew basket, or water won’t flow into the carafe. If the carafe isn’t in place when you select Brew, there will be an error message. You may also want to check that you aren’t setting it to Auto Brew later, rather than brewing immediately. There are troubleshooting tips on page 15 of your manual, and if you think it’s necessary your manual also has information about how to take advantage of the limited warranty on page 16.
