Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We're so sorry to hear about this message not going away, especially since you mentioned that you've got water in the reservoir. You can attempt to unplug the unit for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in to see if this helps to reset the internal electronics. If you continue to see these error codes or this add H2O message does not go away while water had been added, then we'd recommend reaching out to Best Buy for further assistance.
