Hello. We appreciate you reaching out to us about this – we do hate to hear you had an issue with the handle of your brew basket coming off and getting lost. We know that must have been inconvenient, and can advise the brew basket assembly for this model is listed under part # WC02X20405. You may be able to find that part through your preferred dealer or a local store. If necessary, the part is available on our GE Parts website as well.
