“Are there better instructions outside of the manual for replacing the water carbon filter? I’m not exactly sure where I need to stick the spoon, and have already started scratching and cracking parts of my device trying to figure it out.”

Hello there, Our apologies to hear that the instructions are not helpful when replacing the carbon filter. While we do not have any additional instructions on changing the filter, you may be able to find instructional videos by searching online. Wishing you well. Mike@Cafe
