Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about this issue. We truly hate to hear you’re getting a recurring error message – we know this must be frustrating. This certainly isn’t the performance we would expect from our model, and we regret the inconvenience you’ve had. For an add H2O message, we would recommend making sure the water level is correct. If you press the brew button, ’10 cups’ should appear on the screen. You can use the dial to adjust the number of cups and make sure the appropriate amount of water is in the reservoir. Then press the brew button again. If there’s enough water but you’re still getting the message, we would recommend unplugging for a couple minutes then plugging back in; as you’ve already done so, if you’re not able to resolve the issue with the error you may want to take advantage of the warranty. Warranty information is available on page 16 of the manual; if you’d like to view that online, you can do so by going to our Café Appliances website, looking up the model number and going to the product page.
