A:AnswerThere is a sensor on the display and automatically stops dispensing water when you pull the glass away. It will also display how many ounces of water it dispensed. It will automatically stop filling the glass while you are pushing the button if it thinks your glass is full. A great feature!

The five-year warranty from date of purchase covers the compressor, condenser, evaporator and all connecting tubing which fails due to a defect in the materials or workmanship. A:AnswerThe sliding drawers are not slow closing but the when the door shuts, it hits the seals so its not like it’s a loud hard hit. All my kitchen cabinets are soft close Blum slides and I literally never even thought about the fridge needing to be soft closing. The freezer door grabs two other inner drawers when it opens. So when it needs closed you push the door and both inner ones all at the same time so it slows you down automatically unless you are trying way to hard to muscle it.
A:AnswerThey are small half moons. The crushed ice is not shaved looking. This is a very nice looking and functional fridge. I always get complements on it. I wouldn’t let the ice shape deter you from buying it. The auto fill water feature is a lot more convenient than I originally thought. I just thought it was a gimmick but I use it all the time and it’s great.
A:AnswerYes, the shelves are adjustable, much better than our last named brand fridge. The water dispenser has an auto fill option just for for the water, not the ice, which must use an eye and that's really convenient. Otherwise, you place your cup/bottle under dispenser and press the back panel which releases water/ice. I'm finding it easier than our last one. The space is larger/taller allowing filling of large reusable water bottles.

It has gone through levels of testing including ship test and UL testing requirements. The glass finish may be cleaned just as if you are cleaning a glass or a mirror. During the limited one-year warranty, Café will also provide, free of charge, all labor
and related service to replace the defective part. Therefore, if any part of the refrigerator is to break, it simply depends on the situation. While this specific model does not have an option to replace the Platinum Glass, we have very similar models of similar size and same style without the Platinum Glass. The warranty on this model doesn't cover damage to finish such as surface rust, tarnish or small blemishes not reported within 48 hours of delivery. To view more information on the limited warranty of this model please look at page 41 of the Use and Care Manual. Should the glass finish be damaged the entire door would need to be replaced.
