Will this adapter take sigma lenses made for canon? null

Yes, at least mine works. I have a sigma 17-50mm f2.8 and works just as well when it was on my dslr. I would say as long as it is a EF or EF-S lens mount you should be okay.

Yes if they are EF mount lenses this adapter take EF mount lenses and Adapta them to the RF mount systems (EOS R).

Yes it will accept any EF mount glass. If you have a crop lens you will probably see some Vignetting
