No sorry, this adapter is for RF mount type cameras, it goes from RF to EF not the otherway around & there isnt any that go the other way I looked. You will be forced to updated your camera if u want to use RF lens but there is a large selection of ef and efs lens out there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have R100 and the adapter works for my previous EF lenses that I used to use on D40. R50 is just a higher version of R100 and therefore you should be able to mount this adapter on R50 and then your EF lenses on top of this adapter.
