• Yes, this adapter has a tripod mounting hole. This adapter also lets you use any of the EF canon lenses on your M50

• This has a removable tripod mount on the adapter but is for mounting Canon EF AND EFS lenses on Canon M series cameras that take EFM lenses. The EOS M5 has a tripod mount on the bottom of the camera body.
