- Answer Yes, the lens is covered by a folding-leaf type of shutter whenever the camera is not in shooting mode. It will remain open, however, when the camera is on in shooting mode.

From there, you then select the specific model you have and download the full User Guide, which is 157 pages long, for the PowerShot ELPH 360 HS model.

QuestionEvery time I turn on the camera the ability to take pictures is delayed for about a minute while the wifi red light is blinking and can't take pictures or do anything until the light turns off. I am frustrated. What can I do to stop that?
