• Charging - Remove the battery and use the supplied charger. Upload to a Windows PC. You can use the WI-FI connectivity, or You can take the memory card out or You can use a standard USB to USB Mini cable. (not supplied) Instructions are in the manual available for download from Canon

• Charger comes.with camera, remove battery from camera and place I to charger. Plug the charger into the socket and wait for the green light when charged. Remove SD card to upload directly to a computer unless you can find the app on your windows based or apple based computer. If you have the Canon connect, you can upload using your home wifi. JHD

• the battery is removable and it comes with a plug in charger...basically the battery has to be taken out of the camera and inserted into a plug in charger.
