• I think you would have to take it in to the store along with packaging and receipt. If you have all those items, I wouldn't see why not.

• You can exchange it if you have the receipt and if your local Best Buy allows you to do the exchange if it is after their normal return period. However, with it being for the Plus you may owe a balance on it because the Plus model is priced slightly different. Hope this helps
