“For $150 how is there no power on/off besides unplugging it? Seems like a huge oversite by the manufacturer and want to return it. Is there at least an auto off?”

I used it every day, and it looks like after 15 mins it will shut off. You can adjust the 15-time less or more or stop cooking by touching the stop button. It works great for me.
