• Keep on pressing the Home button and insert new batteries. Don’t release until you see a pulsating light.

• Have you tried taking them out and putting them back in. They both go in the same direction. Had the same issue

• Static electricity buildup. Pull the batteries, then push each button twice starting from the top left. Put batteries back in.
