Screen mirroring with all Chromecast models is really easy and doesn’t require a pin code from your phone. Please note that your phone should be running on Android 5.0 and above and Chromecast doesn't support screen mirroring for iOS devices. If you're on the wifi network already you can cast to the device without a pin. It does not support miracast out of the box though, so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. It may be possible later to unlock the bootloader, root, and then change the build.prop to support it. I would keep an eye on xda developers for that question.
