These are designed for use in Kuerig or other coffee makers capable of brewing pods. You can add whatever you like to them once they are brewed. It is only recommended to use fresh filtered water when brewing any type of coffee though.

That would depend on your Keriug machine because majority of machines can only filter water not milk. You can add milk afterwards but it will depend on how diluted the flavor you like. Example I use one K-Cup for 16 ounces of water and I’ll add creamer after my coffee has been brewed. I like a light sweet taste
