• From Best Buy they are Pre-built. However if you go directly through Cyber-Tron it can be customized.

• Des19881, That will depend on how many orders have been taken for the given configuration, at the time you place your order for the configuration you have chosen. However, when an order is placed, Best Buy provides it to us, for fulfillment within a certain time frame, which we adhere to, regardless.
