How much fps does this go on 4k null

Depends on the game. Doom, CS GO, Valorant, Fortnite can do 500+. God of War, Horizon can do 120+. Cyberpunk can do 60+. This is native and not using software like DLSS. Search for 4090 13900K benchmarks on youtube and you'll find some info.

Depends on the game, graphics settings in the game, and screen resolution. My system achieves between 95 and 100 average fps on Total War: Warhammer III with Ultra settings at 4k resolution (see attached screenshots of the 3 game benchmarks).

It can go from 60FPS to 500FPS depending on the game. Best to look up on youtube what a 4090 + i9-13900K can do in specific games you want. Then give it a nice 5% plus or minus to be on the safe side.
