• A:Answer Thank you for the question. Apologies, Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows XP, and current HP models will come with Windows 10 or 11. Additionally, the Presario line has been discontinued for some time. Please visit your local Best Buy for assistance with a notebook that will suit your needs.
