Yes think of a memory foam pillow but for your ears….

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had to try several ear tips before I found these they are comfortable and they stay in my ears but the foam gets gross so you have to have spares to change them when they get icky

Please try again later.Many complain about this, you can try aftermarket eartips which may help and can come in a multisized pack to try different sizes; otherwise its been reported that some AirPodPro users have downgraded to AirPods amateurs. I cannot confirm that the AirPods Pro's were designed to hurt your ears specifically, but you are out of luck.
