Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was also extremely confused. I could not find the games in my Digital Library or the claim code anywhere on BestBuy.com. I couldn't find a way to even ask Best Buy. I solved it on my own though after a series of hoops I had to jump through. The code was NOT anywhere on BestBuy.com or in the Digital Library nor did the process even involve the Digital Library. Here is how I found it: 1. I went to my email (Gmail) which is associated with my Best Buy account. 2. In the search box I type, "Control" since that is a keyword for one of the games. I am sure you could be more specific with the Keyword but that worked. 3. In the results I scrolled and found several emails from Best Buy. The first one I opened I still couldn't find it. I went back a little further and found an email with this title "Redeem for free download of Wolfenstein: Youngblood and Control" 4. I opened that email and inside near the bottom sure enough was the code to claim. 5. I copied the code and opened Geforce Experience which I already had installed. I found and clicked on the Redeem option and pasted the code. 6. That brought me to a page within Geforce Experience where I could claim on game at a time. 7. I selected Control and followed the steps. I was given a new code to claim that specific game. I copied the code and clicked the link provided. 8. A new browser window opened to Epic Games and I had to create an account with Epic Games and install the Epic Games downloader. During that process I used the code I received from Geforce Experience. 9. Back in Geforce Experience I selected the option the claim the other game. In this case Wolfenstein. I followed the steps and was given another code on Geforce Experience just like with the first game. I clicked the link after copying the code and a new browser window opened to Bethesda. 10. I had to create a new account with Bethesda and installed their downloader. I used the code from Geforce Experience to claim the game and installed. A. Forget about the Best Buy Digital Library. It was useless in this. The initial code from Best Buy was in my email that is attached to my Best Buy account. B. I used that code in Geforce Experience using the "Redeem" option. C. I had to claim one game at a time in Geforce Experience which provided an individual Code to then use on the Game Developers installer. So I now have Bethesda game launcher installed & Epic Games game launcher installed since both games are by two different developers. Also, initially I tried this on my desktop computer which was not the RTX device and Geforce Experience said NO. I had to do this process on the qualified RTX laptop I had purchased from Best Buy. Also, the code expiration date said it was actually prior to when I even bought the device however it all still worked and didn't give me an issue. So basically there are three codes in total. The one in your email from Best Buy. Then you will receive additional individual codes from each title as you follow the steps in Geforce Experience. You'll then have to go to the game developers website to finally claim the game and install. It's a TON of steps but that was the solution. Hopefully these steps will help you save the time I spent trying to figure all this out.
