• From the bit of googling I did, it seems like that AMD chip fits in the AM3+ Socket, Which the Cooler Master - Hyper 212 does have support for. I attached a screenshot of all the sockets compatible with the hyper 212 and hi-lighted the specific socket that the FX-8350 is compatible with.

• Short answer yes. I installed it on mine. I have a full sized tower case and it fit fine. I would be concerned if it was a mid sized or smaller case
