I doubt it. Those run pretty hot. Maybe in push/pull config but i would use at least a 240 AIO on that CPU.

As long as it fits in your mid tower case which it looks like it will the 5800x3d has a power usage of 105 watts while the power handling of the hyper 212 is at 150 watts. This will be more than enough to cool your amd 5800x3d cpu.

It works fine with a Ryzen 7 5700x mounted in a 10 year old case. Maybe confirm with the Geek Squad?

I'm running it on a regular 5800x with no problems, so I'd say it would be fine.
