yes. my temps stay around 50-55c while heavy gaming in a 20c room

With correct mounting pressure and a good thermal paste this cooler will be able to withstand it with no issues with up too 2000rpm fan speed it cools with ease

Yes will work great for it. If you want to cool it even more add another fan on the opposite side of cooler blowing opposite direction
