• This would be a great budget cooler for the 10400f for cooling The LGA 1200 socket still uses the same cooler mounting as the 115X coolers so fitment to your board should be good too. Only possible concern would be if the case is wide enough to support a cooler of this size

The dimensions of this cooler are 120 x 79.6 x 158.8 mm / 4.7 x 3.1 x 6.3 inch. A microATX case will most likely NOT support this cooler. The other cases will depend on the distance from the CPU to the side of the case.
