• It's nickel plating and aluminum for most of the heatsink.

• The black paint (or anodizing film) covers the whole product. Although I can faintly make out each pipe going through the mounting plate. Couldn’t tell you if it’s copper but it’s a safe bet. Can’t see why it wouldn’t be copper.
