Does this have 32 gb of ram clearance. null

Ram shouldn’t have any issue fitting at all. I guess it maybe certain mini itx board might have some issues but I cannot see this being a problem on standard itx boards

It's very much dependent on the height of the modules used. The G.Skill RGB ones I use are short enough to clear, but taller modules like the Corsair Dominator series may not. So as long as they aren't taller than 38cm, you should be fine.
