It’s all about airflow, you want to make sure you have plenty of fans blowing air out so that it stays cool. If you have one facing the other way and it’s blowing air in, it will be fine. In fact you want some fans blowing air in, but make sure you have proper flow. So as the pc heats up the air inside the case, having fans blow air out from the top and pull air in from the back of the case would be very efficient. Since hot air travels upwards it would already go with the flow of the fans.
