Hello E, In order for the unit to be changed Celsius <-> Fahrenheit please do as follows: Turn off the unit and unplug it. Plug the unit back in, the unit should automatically turn on. Long press on the setting button this should change between C and F. Please note this only works after unplugging the unit and plugging back in.
