• I9 seems like overkill with a 1650. They should go great together. I would expect to see an I5 with a 1650, but an I9 would be faster for some tasks and in certain games. If you are questioning compatibility, graphics card and CPU compatibility is rarely an issue. The issue would be with the Motherboard socket/chipset. 10850k will work in nearly any z490 Motherboard.

• yes they will pair nicely but you will likely be bottlenecking the cpu with that lower end gpu

• no the you need a much more powerful graphics card with this cpu like a 2080 or a 3070
