if that motherboard is a lga1200 socket then you can put any 10th or 11th gen cpu in it. if its lga1151(im not going to google it for you) then no this cpu will not fit in its socket

Your mobo is socket type 1151 I believe so youd need a new mobo

No, you will need to buy a Z490 motherboard because it will not be backwards compatible with previous generation socket types

Your current ASRock motherboard uses socket LGA1151, the core i9 10850k is an LGA1200 processor. So you would need a different motherboard one with the LGA1200 socket. I would also look at your CPU cooler to make sure it can handle a TDP of 125Watts.
