Yes it does. I LGA1200 is compatible with Gen 10 intel CPUs. I have a MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Carbon WiFi and this same CPU.

Yes, it will work with all z490 motherboard boards but some will just let it overclock better than others or have different features.
