• They are pretty Universal Fans they just need a 3 or 4 pin fan header. The kit does not come with a splitter, but you can pick that up from Amazon fairly cheap

• Hi, Sure, there shouldn't be any issue with compatibility since it has the proper headers. It is worth noting that the motherboard only has two chassis fan headers, however.
