Depends on how you want to connect it, if you are using the 2.4ghz no. Bluetooth you can swap at will but won’t be anymore than a normal mouse with the Bluetooth

If you mean switch settings than yes; there are buttons to in/decrease DPI and, if you use the iCUE software, you can customize these different levels and have a button to switch to a profile with different lighting effects and/or macros.
